The Guarantee:

If you use and have a mutually agreed upon, valid, signed services contract with Epik Growth Agency, and do not make an extra $10,000 dollars in 10 weeks,

Epik Growth Agency will provide Digital Marketing Services free of charge to you until you earn $10,000 in additional total revenue from the original start date of the signed Digital Marketing Service agreement. THe guarantee does not promise or refer to fees, dues or costs paid to advertising platforms such as meta, tik tok, google or any other associated digital advertising platforms.

Eligibility:

In order to be eligible for this guarantee, you MUST implement the training, software and be able to show the following:

1. You are the legal owner of an established business entity, and were at least 18 years of age at the time of purchase.

2. Your proof of purchase of the Digital Marketing Services from Epik Growth Agency.

3. You own a business that generates revenue via lead generation.

4. You have successfully generated sales prior to the purchase of the digital marketing services from Epik Growth Agency.

5. Your business has an average lifetime customer value of at least $1,600.

6. Completion of the full Lead Mastery Course from Epik Growth Agency.

7. Independently verified revenue numbers for the 4-month period of the Digital Marketing Services agreement with Epik Growth Agency, plus the name, phone, and contact email for your external auditor or accountant.

8. Independently verified revenue numbers for the 36-month period immediately preceding the 4-month period.

9. Evidence that you have implemented all recommendations provided by Epik Growth Agency. Evidence must include: verifiable third party list of all received leads, call logs and recordings (or emails when contact has been email only) to all leads to demonstrate follow-up, copies of all sales scripts and objection handling scripts used, and a complete list of all lead outcomes.

Guarantee Claim Request Deadline:

You must lodge your claim within 14 days of the conclusion of the 4-month period after completing the Digital Marketing Service agreement with Epik Growth Agency . For example, if you finished the service agreement on 1 November 2024, add 14 days and you must claim your guarantee by November 15th 2024. No refund requests will be considered if not lodged within the described timeframe.

Terms And Conditions:

1. “You”, “Your” and “Yours” for the purposes of this guarantee means the original purchaser of Digital Marketing Services from Epik Growth Agency.

2. All currency references Canadian Dollars.

3. Epik Growth Agency reserves the right to verify the validity of all guarantee claims made. If your claim is assessed as valid, your free Digital Marketing Services will be provided.

4. Epik Growth Agency has absolute discretion to determine whether Eligibility requirements have been satisfied entitling you to free Digital Marketing Services.

5. Epik Growth Agency reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim that is misleading or fraudulent. Failure by Epik Growth Agency to enforce any of its rights at any stages does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

6. Epik Growth Agency has 60 days to assess guarantee claims from the complete submission of all related evidence.

7. If a claim is approved, Epik Growth Agency will execute Digital Marketing Services within 30 calendar days of approval.

8. Digital Marketing Services is strictly limited to the purchase of advertisements ("Ads") on the Meta Social Media Platform.

9. Epik Growth Agency is the operating business name for PNPL Athletics & Apparel LTD. For the purpose of this guarantee any and all references to Epik Growth Agency shall be the equivalent to PNPL Athletics & Apparel LTD.

10.Epik Growth Agency MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH REGARD TO ANY THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS, THIRD PARTY CONTENT OR ANY SOFTWARE, EQUIPMENT, OR HARDWARE OBTAINED FROM THIRD PARTIES.

11. BY USING THIS WEBSITE, EPIK GROWTH AGENCY DIGITAL MARKETING SERVICES OR OTHER EPIK ASSETS SUCH AS THE MEDISCALE EBOOK OR SAFE CRACKING WORKSHEET, YOU agree to indemnify and assume all Liability for services and products offered and
agrees to indemnify and hold harmless EPIK GROWTH Agency, and its respective affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and permitted successors and assigns against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, punitive damages, expenses, reasonable legal fees and costs of any kind or amount whatsoever, which result from or arise out of any act or omission of the indemnifying party, its respective affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and permitted successors and assigns that occurs in connection with this Agreement. This indemnification will survive the termination of this Agreement.
